It all started when...

My yoga journey began in 2010 as a way to achieve greater physical fitness. It only took a few minutes into my first class to discover that yoga would offer me so much more. Yoga became what my soul was searching for – a place where I could slow down, connect with my body and my breath and remind myself of who I really am. I decided to get my 200-Hour certification in 2012 with Prana Power Yoga and I have been teaching ever since. I strive to offer my students a class that will challenge them physically while also nurturing them emotionally and spiritually. I feel so fortunate to be able to share with others the beautiful gift of yoga, which is why I absolutely love what I do!

Teaching prenatal yoga is an extra special passion of mine. I think the reason I feel so deeply passionate about this work is because I know how much it helped me during all of my pregnancies. Prenatal Yoga gave me an ability to to tap into strength I didn’t know I had and also calmness that I didn’t know was possible.

My yoga teaching journey is always evolving. I completed my 300-Hour teacher training with Jacqui Bonwell in November 2017 and am now a 500 Hour RYT. I have also studied with Johnny Gillespie, David Vendetti, Lorraine Shedoudi for my prenatal teacher training and Sagel Urlacher for my yin yoga teacher training.
